Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

As a non-profit organization, Surabhi Foundation Trust institutes a strict **no-refund policy** for donations made through our online payment gateway. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated to our active charitable projects.

Exceptions for Technical Errors

We understand that technical glitches or human errors can occur. We will process a refund only under the following circumstances:

• If your credit card/bank account is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error on the website or payment gateway.
• If you accidentally entered the wrong donation amount (e.g., adding an extra zero) and notify us immediately.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria for an exception, please contact us within **7 days** of the transaction. You must provide the following details:

• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• Transaction ID / Payment ID (provided by Razorpay)
• Reason for requesting the refund

Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, it will take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original source of payment.
